1931 Roadster

Work Done:

Here is the 1931 Ford Roadster we're building for a customer in Texas. He saw the "Bad Penny" but needed a bigger version. So he commissioned us to build a larger version of the car. It's gonna be a bare bones hot rod with a modern drivetrain with traditional touches in an "art deco" theme. Original Model A rails have been boxed and swept in the front for 3" of drop, and the back of the frame is custom built with 16" Z. All tubular cross members, engine mounts and frame stiffeners custom built in-house. Suspension includes 5" drop axle, reverse eye spring with stainless hairpins and hardware. Rear suspension is 4-Link with coil overs. Has Schroeder sprint steering box. Drum brakes in the rear and disc brakes in front. SBC V8 mated to world class T5 with hydraulic clutch. Custom Grill, Custom Windshields, Custom Dash and Gauges. More pics will be added as build progresses.
